    Research Focus & Interests: Cancer Biology, Targeted Cancer Therapy, Translational Medicine, Animal Models of Disease

    Cancer Precision Medicine Laboratory

    Our laboratory focuses on cancer biology, targeted cancer therapy, and translational medicine. By integrating molecular biology with comprehensive multi-omics approaches, we investigate the roles of key oncogenic molecules and signaling pathways in tumor growth, metastasis, and drug resistance, aiming to identify potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets. We establish and utilize various disease models, including patient-derived xenografts and genetically engineered animal
    models, for the preclinical evaluation of novel drugs and immunotherapies. Looking ahead, we aim to advance comparative oncology across species, develop precision diagnostic platforms and innovative therapeutic strategies, and foster collaborations with national and international partners in human and veterinary medicine, as well as industry. Through these efforts, we strive to accelerate the translation of research findings into clinical applications to improve cancer treatment outcomes and promote animal health and welfare.

    癌症精準醫學研究室

    本研究室專注於癌症生物學、癌症標靶治療與轉譯醫學研究,結合分子生物學與整合性多組學研究,探討關鍵致癌分子及訊號路徑在腫瘤生長、轉移與抗藥性中的角色,並發掘具潛力的診斷與治療標的。我們建立並應用多種疾病動物模式,包括病人來源異種移植與基因改造模式,用於新型藥物與免疫療法的臨床前驗證。未來將持續推動跨物種比較腫瘤學,發展精準診斷平台與創新治療策略,並透過與國內外醫學、獸醫及產業合作,加速研究成果轉譯至臨床,提升癌症治療成效與動物健康福祉。
