Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology

The research interests in the Lab of Molecular Microbiology focus on diagnosis, phylogenetic analysis, interactions between pathogenic genomes and proteins, pathogenesis, and development of therapeutics for viral zoonotic diseases. The regulatory technologies and experiments conducted in this laboratory include pathogen culture and identification, animal trials of pathogen infection and antidrug, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), real-time quantitative PCR, SHAPE sequencing, next-generation sequencing, gene cloning, Western blot assay, pathology examination, and diagnosis.

分子微生物學研究室

本實驗室研究興趣為針對人畜共通傳染病之診斷、親緣關係分析、基因體與蛋白質的交互作用、致病機轉及治療等方向進行研究。本研究室常規進行的技術及實驗為病原培養與鑑定、感染及藥物動物實驗、聚合酶連鎖反應、及時定量聚合酶連鎖反應、RNA結構定序、次世代定序、基因選殖、西方墨點法、病理檢查及診斷。
